I was able to keep a couple but wanted to return the others, and getting through to customer service is impossible and unorganized. I mostly order swimsuits and I can say that I have paid 100$ or even more for a swimsuit but … I purchased a few bathing suits and the sizing was very inconsistent. The primary complaints were “order not arriving, and not getting refunded”.

The one is too small, the second is medium size but I ordered small size and the third is so uncomfortable.

The customer support is excellent, I’ve always gotten a full refund in the case that was an issue with my order. Out of this 7,177, the 47% customers had excellent experience with Zaful which is why they rated the store with 5 Star, which is the maximum rating.
